Who sends these messages
Text messages under this program are sent by PrimeMind Laboratories, Inc., operator of Leadia.
What you will receive
If you opt in, you will receive demo and onboarding reminders, account and billing notifications, and occasional product updates at the number you provide, including messages sent by an automated system.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your account activity and your interactions with us, not on a fixed schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. PrimeMind Laboratories, Inc. does not charge you for these messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from this program.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Messages sent by businesses using Leadia
Leadia is also a platform that businesses ("Operators") use to text their own patients and contacts, for example a med spa confirming an appointment. Those messages are sent by the Operator under the Operator's own consent records and business identity, not by PrimeMind Laboratories, Inc. Operators are solely responsible for obtaining consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with the TCPA and applicable law for the messages they send. See Terms of Service, Section 5.
