About Leadia

Years ago I worked as a receptionist at a med spa.

Later I built websites and marketing systems for med spa owners. Every practice I worked with paid for several systems that did not talk to each other, and the front desk was left to connect the dots.

I built Leadia as one revenue system for med spas, so lead follow-up, patient reactivation and revenue tracking live in the same place.
